So, I just saw the movie "Baby Mama" recently. From the previews, I thought it would be another crap comedy movie that there have been so many of lately. I was happily disappointed! It was one of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time; I think I laughed every five minutes.

Also, I am super excited about the new Indiana Jones and the Chronicles of Narnia!!!!!!

Since I am on a movie kick, I must mention how excited I was to see that there is going to be a Mummy 3. That was until I found out that Rachel Wiesz wasn't going to be playing Evelyn!!!! She is awesome. I don't know how they could even consider doing the movie without her. I mean even if they couldn't get her, at least give her the respect not to recast her. As sad as it would be, they could just leave that character out and make an excuse for why she isn't there. The new Evie will be Maria Bello, who I don't think is even English. She's good and all, but I can't see her replacing Rachel.

OK enough venting....

On a better note "the Poison Sky" was great. Fantastic reference to series one with the gas mask "Are you my mummy?"
I laughed...hard.

annnnnndddd.......

Oh, and my monitor for my main computer just went into meltdown, so I lost the work I was doing for a class in which my final exam is tomorrow!!!!

My sister came and visited tonight which was quite nice.

I am tired but still have so much to do before I to bed!! Why?!

So, Sontaran Stratagem - good, am excited for next week. In Partners in Crime, the ATMOS sign is on the taxi, which I found interesting. I guess it was forshadowing, but maybe there'll be more to do with it in later episodes.
Also, I noticed that in the first episode the Adipose planet had been lost, to which the Doctor replied, "How do you lose a planet?" and then in Fires of Pompeii the Pyrovile (sp?) said that their planet had been lost as well. What's with the disappearing planets? It's probably nothing, just a little something I picked up on.

I think I'm getting my best friend hooked on DW. Finally I'm not alone! ;)

15 days of school lefft!!! But who's counting? Certainly not moi! ;) I'm definately not counting tomorrow, seeing as I am not going to school then. *devilish grin*

It does quite suck though because everyone is going canoeing and I have to go to work. Ah well, some other time.

Tomorrow is the premier of Partners in Crime on sci-fi which will be good. Of course, I'm excited about Saturday too...as always.

The smell of lovely food is wafting in from downstairs. *goes to investigate*

Clubbing is for Friday nights, not for baby seals.
I just got finished writing a rough draft for a paper due Friday. Not so much fun. I am looking forward to the weekend, not for anything special other than it's the weekend. oh and saturday night of course. So, I watched the '96 Doctor Who movie, because I was procrastinating writing the aforementioned paper, and it really confused me. I think I might pretend I never saw it and actually watch some old Who.

I should be going to bed now, because waking up at 6 a.m. never has been my thing and I only have 22 more days of early rising.

I also realized how much I love buying things online, it gives you a little something to look forward to.
except for the decrease in one's bank account, but that can be ignored....

Donna. Human. NO!
Fires of Pompeii was brilliant!
So, I didn't know how well I would like Donna, because the first time I saw her I was still mourning over the loss of Rose and Donna's ramblings just annoyed me. But I think anyone would considering the circumstances. Now I think she's bloomin' hilarious! She has some of the best lines ever. Finally, the Doctor doesn't get all of the great one liners. One of my favourites of hers was, "You fought her off with a water pistol?! I bloody love you!" Ahh, I think this series will be just fine... and by fine I mean FANTASATIC
Here's to eleven more episodes of greatness!!

I got my laptop today!!!! *is super excited*
I can now sit comfortably in my bed while rummaging through the internet! I am currently stealing internet access from the middle school behind my house, which is pretty awesome. Whatever, I pay taxes. *feeble attempt to justify myself*

Went to a funeral today. One of my closest friend's dad. She never ceases to amaze me. If such an incident happened to me I would be in shambles, but she remains the optimistic, hilarious person that she always is. She is one of the most courageous people I know.  Plus she listens to my Doctor Who ramblings without thinking I'm a total weirdo! I remember the first time I mentioned it to her she was like, "Is that the show with the guy who played Puddleglum in The BBC Chronicles of Narnia (Tom Baker)?" Yes, she is awesome....

I can never make myself wear too much black to a funeral. In fact, I was dressed completely in green. I don't know if that's wrong, but my dad's a funeral director and I never want to make those occasions morbid or sad. Weird explanation, I know.

So, I gave in and watched the first episode on the You to the Tube. It was amazing!! I guess I should go search for tonight's episode now..... ;)

So, I just got back from my spring break in North Carolina. It's nice and lovely there and it seemed as soon as we hit the border back into Florida the heat came toppling down upon us. It will only get worse as we get deeper into summer. Maybe I will get a tan this year.... haha maybe not.
Well, the whole time I was away I abstained from a computer and am trying really hard to stay away from doctor who spoilers now that the show has actually started. I'm patiently, extremely patiently, awaiting the premier on Sci Fi on April 25th. It is killing me. Plus Sci-fi cuts out little bits and that slightly upsets me, I don't care how "unimportant" they may seem to be.
Anyway, am not excited to get back to school but am glad to be home.

Hope all are well!!

So, I'm a little worried right now because in an interview with David Tennant on the BBC website he said that the finale of S4 was going to be "bigger, badder, sadder, madder than it has ever been before." (probably slightly misquoted)

Now, "bigger" - great, "badder" - awesome, "madder" - we could all use some more madness.

But "sadder!" If it's going to be sadder than the end of Doomsday, I don't think my poor little heart can bare it!!

Ugggh, guess will have to wait and see...

Oh and I'm also a bit confused right now because...

So, my brother is in Iraq and he randomly sends me this message on myspace telling me that he bought me a laptop for graduation and I should be receiving it soon!! My brother is amazing!

I think it's hilarious that he gets so bored in the desert that he just orders things online, and I am happy to be the object of his boredom!

I wish he could just come home, because they are honestly not doing anything!

OK enough exclamation marks...

So, I'm nearing the end of Atonement and I don't really want to finish it because I've been told by numerous people how sad it is. Maybe I can just stay in my own little world where everybody is happy and Robbie and Cecilia live a long life together. Maybe.

When do you know that Doctor Who has taken over your life?

When you relate every song you hear to a Doctor/Rose relationship (or some other companion, for me it's Rose).

To think I might not see those eyes
Makes it so hard not to cry
And as we say our long goodbyes
I nearly do

I know I'm a wee bit crazed, but it's all good.

Just watched Friday Night Project on YT courtesy of Rosetylerrocks, who is amazzazing, and it was awesome!

I was just thinking what my reaction would be to seeing David tied up on a bed in naught but his skivvies...

*coughcough* I'd call the police of course...

Now I may not call you Mr. Knightley, I may call you my Mr. Knightley.
So I have just found out that Sci Fi Channel will start showing Series Four of Who on April 18th!!!! This is only two weeks after its original airdate. I think I can handle that... I thought I was going to have to wait forever until they actually started playing on television here in the states.

AHHHH!! Can't control excitement. I was going to try to find them on YouTube (which, let's face it, I might still do) but I think I can handle three weeks as apposed to one. gah!

My parents and friends think that I am crazy. But that's ok, it only means I get to keep it all to myself, no sharing!!

Must now go get haircut...

Just finished watching Emma, and I must say that Mr. Knightley is the perfect man [well human man ;)] tis a shame he doesn't exist.

So I just got a random check in the mail from my workplace for 33 dollars. I am extremely confused as to why. I didn't know they owed me any money. But I'm not complaining, I needed it!

Worked early this morning.
Saturday is usually my day to sleep in and gain back all of the sleep I've lost throughout the week, but alas no.
Easter is tomorrow which means that work was extra busy and loud, children screaming, etc. (not a pleasant sound...)
Retail is not my friend.

1 more week 'til Prom: *is not excited*
2 more weeks 'til Doctor Who: *is super excited*
3 more weeks 'til Spring Break: *is excited but not Doctor Who level excitement*

I know prom is supposed to be this great thing, but, honestly, getting all dressed up to go to a confined space with a lot of other sweaty people and bad music does not sound like a good time to me.

and why does everything have to cost money?

Senior Dues - umm I think the four years that I had to spend at the wretched place should replace the forty dollars I must pay to graduate

Exams are finally over and I did well on all of them!!!
Now I only have to worry about the big ones in the summer.......eeeek!!

So, I watched "Blink" the other day and realized how clever it is! I mean as much as I love Doctor Who, a lot of their stories are pretty corny and I can unashamedly admit to loving them. But the creepy angel storyline is some good writing, it could even have been a great idea for a movie.

That's the show for you, going the extra mile to prove just how extremely awesome it is. ;)

Can't wait for series four, even though I must admit to reading way too many spoilers. I now have had my fill, am through and will wait for the finished product....

ok enough fan ranting........but I'm still really excited..

Exams are tomorrow and my brain hurts........... no point in studying anymore it really doesn't even help.

I've already been accepted into the university I want so why do I even care?

On a happier note.. I can't wait for April 5th!!

Even though I don't live in the U.K (which sucks) and will probably have to search for the versions on YouTube, which I am forever grateful for, or wait until it comes on Sci-Fi or the extremely lagging BBCAmerica..

Doctor Who why are you not universal!!??!?! :(
